About Amy Taylor Grimm, RDN, LD, CPT

I’m a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with over two decades of experience helping women find steadiness in their relationship with food, body, and movement.

My work is rooted in respect for your lived experience. I help women move away from all-or-nothing thinking, rebuild trust with their bodies, and support metabolic and hormonal health through nourishment, strength, and consistency.

I’ve worked with women across every phase of life - from disordered eating recovery and hormonal shifts to rediscovering strength and confidence in mid-life.

Through Forme and Flux, I blend evidence-based nutrition, strength training, and mindful movement. My approach is shaped by years in eating disorder recovery work, my own midlife hormonal transitions, and my belief that health is dynamic — always shifting, never static.

I work with women who are:

  • Navigating perimenopause, menopause, or hormonal changes

  • Recovering from disordered eating or chronic dieting

  • Reconnecting with movement after years of feeling disconnected from it

  • Using GLP-1 or similar medications and want to maintain muscle, nutrition, and stability

Whether you’re eating to sustain new strength or simply want to feel balanced again, this is a space where you’ll be met with respect, expertise, and practical support. If you’re ready to reconnect with your body and strength you’re in the right place!
