All sessions are conducted virtually through secure video

Initial Consultation – 60 minutes

A comprehensive session focused on understanding your goals, lifestyle, and health background

Includes:

  • Full nutrition and health assessment

  • Review of past and current eating patterns, relationship with food, and relevant labs or medications

  • Individualized recommendations tailored to your goals, always delivered through a body-neutral, weight-inclusive lens — from GLP-1 nutrition support to energy balance and sustainable food and fitness routines

  • Clear next steps and follow-up plan

Best for: new clients who want a personalized strategy and clarity about next steps

Follow-Up Sessions – 60 minutes

Focused support as you put your plan into practice

Includes:

  • Ongoing guidance and accountability

  • Adjustments based on progress or medication changes

  • Practical tools for meal structure, energy balance, and mindful fitness

  • Continued support for your relationship with food and body

Best for: regular check-ins and continued progress toward your nutrition and wellness goals

Health Coaching

  • Personalized support to help you build consistency with exercise and daily habits

  • Integrates nutrition, movement, and mindset for whole-body well-being

  • Guidance for fueling workouts and restoring energy

  • Focus on motivation and sustainable progress

  • Encouragement to move and eat in ways that feel supportive

  • Collaborative goal-setting around strength, endurance, and balance

Please note: Health coaching is a non-medical service and is not covered by insurance. Session Fee: $125 per 60 minute session. Packages available for ongoing support.

  • Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Maine Community Health Options, Health Plans Inc., and United Healthcare

  • Out-of-network clients are welcome — superbills can be provided for potential reimbursement.
