Recovery-Informed Nutrition Counseling

Our core service. Whether you're working through a decades-long history of dieting, navigating disordered eating patterns, or simply trying to feel less conflicted around food, this is where that work happens.

Sessions are individualized, non-prescriptive, and grounded in your actual life. We work at your pace, with your goals, using approaches drawn from intuitive eating, Health at Every Size principles, and evidence-based nutrition science.

This service is right for you if:

  • You've cycled through diets and want off the ride

  • Food and eating feel charged, anxious, or out of control

  • You want support that doesn't involve a meal plan or a calorie target

  • You're in recovery from an eating disorder and want ongoing nutritional support

  • You want to build a more stable, nourishing relationship with food

GLP-1 Medication Support

GLP-1 medications are changing how people experience hunger, fullness, and their bodies. They're also raising important questions that most providers aren't equipped to answer: Am I eating enough? How do I protect my muscle mass? What happens if my appetite doesn't come back?

Forme and Flux offers dedicated nutrition support for people using GLP-1 medications - support that prioritizes your metabolic health, your nourishment, and your long-term relationship with food. Not just your weight.

This service is right for you if:

  • You're currently using or considering a GLP-1 medication

  • You want to ensure you're eating adequately and nourishing your body well

  • You're concerned about muscle loss, nutritional deficiencies, or a disrupted relationship with hunger & fullness

  • You want to think about the longer arc—not just weight, but sustainable health

Midlife Nutrition & Metabolic Support

Midlife brings real physiological changes—shifts in hormones, metabolism, body composition, sleep, and energy. These changes are often met with the same old advice: eat less, move more, lose weight. That advice isn't just unhelpful. For many people, it's actively harmful.

Forme and Flux offers nutrition support that acknowledges what's actually happening in the body during midlife and helps you respond with care rather than control.

This service is right for you if:

  • You're in perimenopause, menopause, or navigating other midlife hormonal changes

  • Your metabolism, appetite, or energy has shifted in ways that feel unfamiliar

  • You want guidance that doesn't rely on restriction or weight loss as the answer

  • You want to support your long-term health with evidence-based nutritional care
